Abstract

This article examines the factors influencing the innovative development of e-commerce services. The study highlights the important role of digital technologies, economic resources, consumer digital literacy and government support in stimulating innovation in this sector. Correlation-regression analysis assesses the relationship between service quality improvement and technological integration.
