Abstract

The study examines the reforms implemented to diversify production practices in the country's industrial sector, using the example of local construction enterprises “Durable Stone” and “Durable JBI Company”. The diversification practices of production processes in these construction companies are analyzed by evaluating the levels of horizontal, vertical and geographical diversification in the enterprises under comparative analysis. The results are assessed using the international “Entropy” method
