This article examines the global experience of business management through social networks and assesses the potential for its application in Uzbekistan’s economic context. In the 21st century, the digital economy has become a driving force of global development, contributing significantly to GDP and international trade. The research explores how leading countries such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, and Finland utilize digital platforms and social networks to manage businesses, increase transparency, and reduce the hidden economy. Through a comparative analysis, the article highlights mechanisms of regulation, taxation, and government support that contribute to the success of business incubation systems and entrepreneurship development. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of small businesses and private enterprises in fostering economic growth, innovation, and employment. The study also examines the challenges posed by the shadow economy and presents strategies implemented by different nations to counteract its effects. Drawing on international best practices, the paper offers policy recommendations for Uzbekistan, focusing on digital transformation, institutional support, and poverty reduction. By integrating global experiences with national priorities, Uzbekistan can create a more transparent, inclusive, and dynamic economic environment. The findings aim to contribute to ongoing reforms and provide a framework for sustainable development through modern business management strategies.
