Labor Basis for Raising The Standard of Living of The Population

Abstract

Scientists are examining how employment stands as an essential factor that improves standards of living throughout Uzbekistan. The strong efforts made have not overcome the employment rate disparity between Uzbekistan and international standards which produces ongoing poverty and social inequality conditions. The study used official statistics and international benchmarks with demographic data and systematic evaluation methods to examine labor market variations and statistical records. Labor income and living standards improve substantially when the population joins productive employment. The data demonstrates that reaching global employment rate standards would remove 2.8 million Uzbek citizens from their state of poverty. This research demonstrates that the main drivers of social-economic advancement include productive employment stimulation and service sector promotion along with small business support. Stable inclusionary economic expansion along with poverty reduction depends on both prolonged state governance and efficient labor market operations combined with driven entrepreneurial initiative support. The research presents practical employment policy solutions that will help policymakers enhance Uzbekistan’s socioeconomic progress.
