The Impact of Transforming Enlightenment Into A High Moral Value in Society on Social Development

Social advancement worldwide currently confirms that the evolution of enlightenment into a core moral value stands essential for democratic development. The authorities of New Uzbekistan work to unite educational instruction with moral teachings and socio-political ideals for creating an enlightened nation. Education plays significant roles in social development yet systematic transformations of enlightenment into a social value and its strategic elements for sustainability remain insufficiently addressed by scholars. The study investigates the theoretical establishment of moral enlightenment through a methodological evaluation of social reform connections with education and it examines what works to advance intellectual and spiritual development in Uzbek society. Social development relies on three fundamental components which include political support, equal access to high-quality education and human capital implementation according to the research findings. The study also reveals several obstacles such as brain drain and educational labor market mismatches and administrative corruption. The article proposes a socio-philosophical structure which establishes a relationship between enlightenment and innovation through cultural changes that advance educational modernization and build national competitiveness. The research shows that education achievement through enlightenment matters alongside financing creative development and cultural ethical progress to guarantee long-term development and societal strength in global environments.
